Hillary and Presly

May 6, 2009

Not only is Hillary a great photographer and AWESOME to work with, she’s a GREAT friend.  For the short time I’ve known her I feel like I’ve become a part of her family.  Naturally, a few weeks ago, when she asked me to shoot some photos of her and her daughter Presly I said “absolutely.”  Here are some shots of Hillary and P.

Yup, it’s still winter here in Ketchum!  During this past week the snow has continued to fall steadily with temps only reaching a high of 35 degrees.  Tomorrow is May 1st!  Will Ketchum continue to receive snowfall?  I won’t know, because I’m heading to Las Vegas to photoshoot the final round of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series :)   The photo below was taken with my Canon G10 point and shoot outside my office window at 9am MST.

Seattle Tourist

April 27, 2009

Two weekends ago I attended the 15th round of AMA Supercross in Seattle, Washington.  For once, I had the opportunity to visit the city thanks to Transworld MX’s Forrest Hayashi!  We had a blast!  We first went to the Pike Street market where we saw the beautiful colors of the various vendors including fresh produce and exotic fish.  We even got to see the fish vendor toss the fish!  Then we headed to “Underground Seattle” for a tour. It was a fun-filled day that I’ll always remember!  Thanks ForrestFresh Produce!

I spent the past two days in the Idaho Sawtooth Mountains on a photoshoot assignment for Scott USA.  The first day was a beautiful blue-sky day, then the second day was blizzard-like conditions.  Below are a few photos from the shoot.
