Four girls got together and came up with a GREAT idea to share a photoshoot!  These girls have been best friends for a long time and wanted to capture their love for each other as well as get some great new profile photos.  Here are my favorite images from the shoot:

One of my resolutions for 2014 is to POST more on my blog!!  I will be dedicating Thursdays to posting photos I have taken in the past that I have never posted before!  Whether it have been an engagement session, a wedding, or family session, here we go!!

Today I decided to feature a wedding I was the second photographer for back in 2011.  I have always enjoyed working with Hillary Maybery and she has often asked why I never share any of the photos that I take while photographing weddings with her as 2nd camera.  Today, I will feature one of my favorites.  They were a beautiful, fun, outgoing couple loaded with class and style!  Here are my favorite images that I took during their wedding day:

Wedding Planner: Heather Minor
Primary photographer: Hillary Maybery
Caterer: Cristina’s Restaurant
Flowers: Kurt from Botanica

Wheh!  Now that the holidays are over, it is time to get back to blogging!  I had a great holiday season full of family, boudoir and engagement sessions!  Here is a family session that is full of adorable.  Calhoun is 9 months old and full of personality and smiles.  His family members are also very kind.  Here are some of my favorite images from our photoshoot:

I had a blast photographing the Johnston family on Bald Mountain today!  They are a super fun and cute family and I loved photographing them!!

I love photographing kids!  They are fun, expressive and the things they say crack me up!  Here’s Kaya, a super confident yet silly 4-year old who I photographed two weeks ago in the Sun Valley area…

Sarah and Josh’s beautiful October wedding was incredible cute and special.  Sarah began the day wearing her gorgeous couture wedding dress made by her mother in law, then changed into the dress her mother wore on her wedding day!  Sarah very sweetly made a special hanker chief for her mother-in-law and hand made much of the details that you will see in the photos below.  Sarah and Josh, I wish you a lifetime of happiness (:

Lindsay and Will’s gorgeous wedding took place one day after the first snowfall of this fall.  These two overcame major obstacles in the weeks leading up to the wedding which included Lindsay almost losing her dress in the Boulder, CO floods, and Lindsay missing her own rehearsal dinner due to her inbound flight getting re routed.  When I met Lindsay, I was wowed by her beauty, calmness and sweetness.  Lindsay and Will were such a joy to photograph, and they have such loving family and friends.  Here are my favorite images from their special day:

I had a blast photographing Rae and Dan’s wedding.  It began with Rae getting canoed into the ceremony by her father, then throughout the ceremony there were plenty of laughs and tears.  I got the pleasure of taking the happy couple on a little drive around the Redfish Lake property to get some great portraits.  Their wedding reception by the lodge was filled with friends, dancing, more tears and laughter (:  Here are some of my favorite images from their day.

Liz and Josh are great.  I had a blast photographing their wedding with Hillary Maybery a few years ago, and now have the honor of photographing both their maternity session and their new addition to their family!  Here are a few of my favorite images from their maternity session.  Check back to see photos of their baby boy!

It is very difficult to describe Siobhan and Jeff as a couple.  It is much easier to describe them with a song, a facial expression, a smile, a laugh or a camping spot…  I was absolutely honored when Siobhan called me the morning after Jeff popped the question to ask me if I was available to photograph her wedding.  Luckily for both Siobhan and I, the date she chose had JUST became available just days before the proposal.  I had a blast photographing their engagement session.  Although I had met Siobhan when I moved here 7 years ago, I didn’t get to really KNOW her until the weeks leading up to her engagement session and wedding.  After the first camping experience with her and Jeff, I knew they were perfect for each other.  They complement each other, they respect one another and value their relationship as well as their friendships.  I am soo proud to know and be a friend of Siobhan and Jeff’s and am excited to share my favorite images from their wedding day.  Siobhan and Jeff:  Here’s to a lifetime of happiness, singing, dancing and laughing (and more camp nights along the way).
